Time To Plan

As Summer meanders towards a close it is time to turn my mind towards next year.

Keep doing what you’re doing but it is a great time to start the planning process for next year. It should all be in place by November. December at the latest.

If you are reading this after that point in time do not fret. Don’t wait a year to make the changes you need to make. It’s just that the final quarter gives one a natural time to plan and “kick off” after the holidays.

There is never a bad time to plan the next steps you need to take in your business. To be honest, I think it depends on where you are in your business journey.

Newbies? Anytime is right.

Busy experienced businesses? Q4 is a great time to do this and then disseminate the information to your team members. Then hold them accountable once Q1 comes around.

Just my two cents!
