Keeping Up With Social Media

Facebook and Twitter have become backbones of the communication with your audience. That is a given. Any business worth it’s salt needs to have a social media strategy in todays world.

If you are going to the trouble to create truly valuable content for your audience you want to make certain that they have every chance in the world to see it.

In the beginning of your enterprise this seems like an easy thing to do. Every couple of days you simply login and create a blog, go to Twitter and let that audience know about it and then go to Facebook and let THAT audience know about it. Sounds easy.

Reality? Very few people have the tenacity and the organization to regularly continue to do this at the level needed for your business to succeed. How often have you gotten involved in a blog or Facebook page and all of a sudden there are no posts or updates. It is hard to stay on message with these things.

Enter a product/service called MeetEdgar.

In short, this is a service that supposedly allows you to automate a great deal of this process and continue to distribute and reconstitute content and keep it in front of your audience. Once you create something of value you can continue to share it over and over. Think about it. No one reads all of the content that comes their way in Twitter and Facebook every day. Giving them another chance makes sense.

I’ve just purchased it and will let you know how I think it works and how you can use it to supercharge YOUR business. Maybe it will, maybe it won’t. I expect it to since so many top notch people I know recommended it to me.

Stay tuned. I have a feeling this is going to be a winner (or I wouldn’t have slapped down my credit card lol). Just for the record? They do NOT have an affiliate program so whatever I say is not profit motivated, trying to talk you into getting it. If it sucks or is hard to use, I will let you know!
